How we handle personal information.

Who we are

Pebbl, LLC makes Pebbl AI, PebblPlan and PebblTime. When this statement says “we” or “us”, it means Pebbl, LLC.

When your organization uses one of our products, the data it puts there is handled under your organization’s agreement with us. That agreement, not this statement, governs it.

What we collect

• When you contact sales. Your name, work email and company, the product you choose, and, if you give them, your role, your company’s size, your answers about how you plan today, and anything you write in your message. Also whatever you include when you email us.
• When we talk or work with your organization. Business contact details for the people we deal with, such as name, work email, role and organization, and the records of our conversations and agreements.
• When you visit this website. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the site.

How we use it

• To reply to you and arrange the conversations you ask for
• To show you our products and answer your questions, including security questionnaires
• To prepare and keep the agreements and invoices for the products your organization uses
• To keep this website and our systems secure

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that host, email and bill for us, under contracts that limit how they use it. What you send through this website is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts the website, and emailed to our team through Twilio SendGrid. Google Analytics measures visits to the website (see below).
• Authorities, when the law requires it
• A buyer or successor, if Pebbl, LLC is merged or acquired; this statement would continue to apply

Cookies and this website

This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google your IP address, your browser and device, the pages you view and the site that sent you. We use these reports only to improve this website; we don’t use Google’s advertising features or share the data with advertisers. You can block these cookies in your browser’s settings, or install Google’sopt-out add-on.

The website sets no other cookies for visitors; the only other cookie is a sign-in cookie for our own staff. Its fonts are served from this site. When you send a form, our server briefly keeps your IP address in memory to limit repeated submissions; it is not stored with what you send.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries while we are in conversation with you. We keep records of agreements for as long as your organization uses our products, and then as long as we need them to meet legal, tax and contractual obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA may give you further rights. If the information came to us through your employer, we may pass your request to them. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Security

We limit access to the people who need it and protect information with encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires. Our security page describes how our products protect your organization’s data.

Children

Our products and this website are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 16.

Changes and contact
