5 hours today on the Tellbrook website, design, and 2 on internal admin. What haven’t we billed Tellbrook for?
Hours in. Invoices out.
Time keeping and client invoicing for firms that bill time. Tell an agent what you worked on, or type it into the week grid. PebblTime keeps the hours, turns them into invoices, and works out every number itself.
For studios, agencies, consultancies and firms that bill by the hour.
Shaped by change
Rates change. The record holds.
Clients come and go, rates rise, people move between projects. PebblTime keeps up, and never rewrites what was already worked, approved or billed.
- A rate goes up
Time already logged keeps its rate. Rates lock in when the time is logged, so a raise never reprices last month.
- A client approves a week
Those hours lock as they saw them. Nobody edits signed-off work by accident.
- An invoice goes out
It stays as sent. To change it, void and redraft: the number is kept and the time is freed to bill again.
- A new project starts
Agents find it by name. Its name, its code or a rough “tellbrook web” all work. If two projects match, the agent asks which.
How it works
Tell it what you did.
Once Pebbl AI is linked, its agents use PebblTime’s own tools from the conversation people are already in. When they’d rather click, the web app does everything too, and both land in the same timesheet.
01 · Log
“5 hours today on the Tellbrook website and 2 on internal”
Both entries are logged, or neither is. A retried call never logs them twice.
02 · Fix
“Move yesterday’s design hours to Thursday”
Time a client has approved, or that’s been billed, stays locked.
03 · Ask
“What haven’t we billed Tellbrook for?” “Who has room next week?”
Read back from PebblTime, never added up by the agent.
Invoices
From the hours to the invoice.
One click turns a client’s unbilled time and expenses into a draft. Internal work stays off, and so does every other client’s. Edit the lines freely, preview it as the client will see it, and send it.
- Draft from tracked time, with a line per project, task, person or entry.
- Discounts and two taxes, worked out by PebblTime, never by an AI.
- Your prefix and numbers without gaps; a deleted draft never wastes one.
- A branded PDF that matches the preview your client will see.
- Sent only to a client’s saved contacts, and frozen once it’s sent.
- Payments, reminders for overdue invoices, and every send on record.

Early accessOr just ask for it.
Ask Pebbl AI for a client’s invoice and PebblTime drafts it from the unbilled time, at the rates it was logged at. Say send, and it shows who it’s going to and for how much, then waits for your yes.
Invoicing through Pebbl AI is in early access. Everything here works in the web app today.

AI usage
Coming with Pebbl AIBill the AI work too.
Work done with Pebbl AI for a client is billable work. Tag a Pebbl AI chat with the project it’s for, and the tokens it spends land in PebblTime beside that person’s hours, ready to invoice.
- Your markup, or your rate
- At cost plus a markup you set, or your own price per million tokens, for the company or for one project.
- Priced when it arrives
- Changing a markup never reprices usage already recorded.
- On the invoice, and in the portal
- AI usage lines by project, person or model, and clients see each week’s usage beside its hours.
- Nothing from the chat itself
- Only token counts and cost leave Pebbl AI: no messages, no titles.

The client portal
Clients see the work before the bill.
Each client gets their own page with your logo: what you did for them, how their budgets are going, and their invoices. It turns “can you send me a breakdown?” into a link they check themselves.
No passwords for clients
They sign in with a six-digit code emailed to them; only saved contacts get one.
Live budget burn
Hours or fees used, the weekly pace, and the date the budget runs out at that pace.
Approve hours before the bill
Optional per client: they approve each week, and only approved work is invoiced.
You choose what they see
Rates and amounts off unless you turn them on. Nothing internal, no other clients.
Trust
Nothing leaves without your yes.
An agent can draft and ask, but a person decides what reaches a client. PebblTime holds that line itself, not the agent.
- Sends wait for a person
- Sends, voids and deleted payments need a person’s yes, enforced by PebblTime itself.
- Agents never do the maths
- They read totals from PebblTime; every number on an invoice is worked out there.
- Each person sees only their tools
- A team member’s agent never sees invoicing or setup, and members never see rates.
- Walled off, and on the record
- Each company’s data is separate on every request, and an audit log keeps who changed what.
